Collages

Custom collages of your child or event must be ordered directly through me (jeff @ jeffsimsphoto.com) or call if you have my business card. DO NOT BUY/ORDER INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS FOR YOUR COLLAGE. If you want specific photos, let me know by email or phone (see Image Numbers section at bottom of this page). Collages can be purchased for a very reasonable $28 for an 8"x10". Depending on your desires and quantity of additional images purchased, prices can be higher or lower. Samples can be seen:

Posters

Posters must be ordered directly from me (jeff @ jeffsimsphoto.com). These are almost always 8x10, but can be built to nearly any size. 8x10's typically run $9.99-$12.99. See Image Numbers section at bottom of this page.

A name (first and/or last), year, team name will be added at no extra charge. Other information can be added usually at no extra charge.

Bulk Photo Purchases From One or More Games (Compilation) CDs

If you plan on buying 20 or more photos, want to buy a combination of photos, posters, collages and/or digital images, I have an alternate "package" buying option for local Pflugerville delivery. See Alternative Purchasing for more details.

Single/Multiple Game CDs

Receive a disk with all photos from a single typical middle or high school game for $60-$120/game or $50-$100 per game for multiple games in an order. Price depends on length of game (ranges like MS vball is $60 to HS football is $120). The intent of this offer is for parents to share the cost of a game CD (see below). Delivery and payment to/from only one parent. That parent may distribute the CDs to others. I accept cash and checks only and will accept multiple checks in this instance.

• Photos are not cropped but are usually enhanced for exposure, noise reduction, sharpening, etc.
• Photos are high quality jpgs suitable for at least printing at 8x10.
• Photos have full personal usage rights. For example they can be printed, emailed, web posted, or shared with others. (See printrelease.txt on disk.)
• For promotional usage, include credit of "Photo by jeffsimsphoto.com".
• No commercial use is authorized.
• Disks are for Pflugerville delivery only. Will consider mail to other US location, please inquire.
• 5 CDs are included in the price. Additional CDs are $3 apiece only at the time of original order. However, you may create copies of the CD to give to others.
• Sales tax will be added

Cost example for one 1.5 hr game ($80 tax) - I also try to round to the nearest quarter to make it easier to split the cost:

• Base: you get 5 cd's for $86.25 (tax included) for $17.25 each
• 6 people-6 cd's for $90 (tax included) for $15 each

In this sale, you may buy the base package getting 5 cd's and you make as many cd's as you want to share with other parents and recoup part of the cost.

Additional Information:

• Disk are available for nearly all games/events.
• please note that CD/DVDs do degrade over time. It is your responsibility to maintain an archival copy of the purchased images.
• the disk may or may not have a label or written identification...these techniques will wear out the disk prematurely.
• I reserve the right to not sell a CD of a game or event
• Jeff Sims retains all copyrights to the images.

Image Numbers

If you need to provide me with image numbers, I will need the date of the event and the actual image numbers. The very best way follows:

• Go to the gallery of interest
• Move your mouse slowly over the larger photo on the right, a menu will pop up and one of the choices will be "photo info", click that.
• A small window will appear and will have two tabs, Basic, Detailed...make sure basic is selected...
• Near the bottom of this window you will see a file name "IMG_xxxx.jpg". This is the info I need.
• As you walk thru the photos, this little window will stay up and the image numbers will appear there.

Misc

Jeff Sims - jeff @ jeffsimsphoto.com - remove spaces before and after the @ sign. Please put "photos" in the subject line. I get more than 200 spam emails a day. I generally reply to email within 48 hours, if you haven't heard from me, please try again and ensure the subject says "photos" in it.
